Paola is a multilingual sustainability, business development and project management professional with a legal background, working for over 7 years with companies from early stage to multi-billion conglomerates, as well as NGOs and financial institutions, most notably PE and VC. Paola is currently heading the Platform & ESG strategy and execution – i.e. due diligence, portfolio management, LP relations & SFDR reporting – at Project A, a leading early stage German VC firm with $1 billion AUM.
