How do I get to the STATION Berlin?
We encourage all attendees to consider greener ways to travel to HTGF Family Day by public transport such as train, bus or cycle or walking routes. There is a Metro station in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the STATION: “Gleisdreieck”
There is also a parking lot (ampido Parkplatz) within walking distance, which can be used for a fee. Please note that there are limited spaces.

Where can I find the program and speakers of HTGF Family Day?
Please note that there may be some changes between now and the final event. It's worth checking back often to see if there are any program updates!

Where can I stay nearby?
To make our participants' stay as pleasant as possible, we have arranged exclusive hotel contingents in various hotels.
We have carefully selected hotels that are within walking distance of the event location.
The reserved rooms are available to our guests at special rates. To take advantage of these offers, please use the booking links provided or quote the booking code provided when making your reservation.

Where can I get tickets for the HTGF Family Day?

Which ticket categories are available, and which is best for me?
There are four major ticket categories:
1. for investors (VC, Business Angels, Family Offices, Private Equity)
2. for the industry (CVC, Managers and employees of established companies from industry and mid tier (no start-ups))
3. for ecosystem (Academia, NGOs, accelerators, incubators and similar networks)
4. for service provider (Consultancies, law firms, agencies, etc. from the HTGF networks

What is included in the ticket?
- Access and input from various stages and workshops
- Full day catering (food + drinks)
- Access and networking opportunity at the HTGF Networking Night (19 May)
- Access and networking opportunity at the 20th Anniversary Party (20 May)
- Access to the event platform for further networking and pre-booking of 1:1 meetings with various participants

Do you offer free entry for those accompanying a disabled person?
Yes, we do. Please contact events@htgf.de for this.

Is a ticket for public transportation included in the ticket?
No, a ticket for public transportation is not included in the admission ticket.

Are the tickets for the HTGF Family Day transferable?
It is possible to transfer your ticket up to 1 month before the event. To do so, please tell us the person to whom you want to transfer your ticket by sending an email to events@htgf.de

What are the cancellation regulations?
A cancellation of the registration by the visitor is possible up to four weeks before the event date. Shutdown is on the time of access to the organizer. The entrance fee will be refunded in case of a timely cancellation, minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the entrance fee. In case of late cancellation (less than 4 weeks before the event), a refund of the entrance fee is not possible.

How do I insert my access code or promocode
- Scroll down until you reach the slot where you can select your ticket.
- In the top left corner you will find the "Access Code" button, after clicking on it you will be able to enter the access code you received from us.
- You will then be able to select your ticket and complete your booking.

Can I get something to eat and drink at the HTGF Family Day?
Yes of course. There will be Full day catering (breakfast, lunch & dinner, In-between bites + drinks).
In line with our corporate policy, all catering will be vegetarian.

How will the event take place?
First, we ask every participant to register via our ticket tool. We can only let people through on site who have completed an online registration and can show their ticket printed or digitally. Two weeks before the event, we recommend that you register on our event platform called "converve" so that you can set your agenda and arrange your 1:1 meetings.
On the day of the event, the following steps are required for the registration process and admission:
- Please bring your ticket printed or digital.
- Check-in / registration: show your barcode/QR code and then receive your badge.
- After successful registration, you can move freely in the halls.
- If you wish to leave the exhibition grounds in the meantime, please use the official exits from the halls.
