What is the HTGF Family Day 2026?
The HTGF Family Day is the ideal place for you to exchange ideas, get inspired, and benefit from unparalleled investment and cooperation opportunities. Join up to 1,500 other guests and connect with a diverse community of investors, industry experts, policymakers, and visionary founders from the HTGF portfolio, as well as like-minded innovators.
What is HTGF?
HTGF is one of the leading and most active early-stage investors in Germany and Europe, financing startups in the fields of Deep Tech, Industrial Tech, Climate Tech, Digital Tech, Life Sciences and Chemistry. With its experienced investment team, HTGF supports startups in all phases of their development into international market leaders. HTGF invests in pre-seed and seed phases and can participate significantly in later-stage financing rounds. Since its inception in 2005, HTGF has financed around 800 startups and achieved 200 successful exits. HTGF has a fund volume of over 2 billion euros.
Who can attend the HTGF Family Day?
Invitations are extended to all investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders interested in innovation. Additionally, only start-ups in our portfolio will be invited.

What is the duration of the HTGF Family Day?
The HTGF Family Day is scheduled to begin on May 11 at 5 p.m. (until approx. 1 a.m.) and will run all day on May 12 (9 a.m. until 5 p.m.)
We will continuously update the program on the website.
What language will the event be held in?
The event and program will be in English since we expect to attract international participants. However, most of the participants and staff will be able to speak German.
Can I bring animals into the venue grounds?
Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed in the venue. However, service dogs are welcome.
Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, this event is disability-friendly.
We offer barrier-free access to all rooms, including restrooms, as well as headphones with volume control for following the program.
Please let us know if you require an accompanying person.
Information for visitors
How do I get to STATION Berlin?
We encourage all attendees to consider greener ways to travel to HTGF Family Day by public transport such as train, bus, bicycle or walking routes. There is a metro station nearby the STATION: “Gleisdreieck”.
You can also find a parking lot (ampido Parkplatz) within walking distance, which can be used for a fee. Please note that there are limited spaces.

To ensure a pleasant stay for our participants, we have arranged exclusive hotel contingents at various locations.

Where can I find the program and list of speakers?

Do you provide catering services?
Yes, of course. There will be full-day catering, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks.
In line with our corporate policy, all food will be vegetarian.
What is the check-in process?
On the day of the event, the following steps are required for registration and admission:
- Please bring your printed or digital ticket.
- Show your QR code to check in and receive your badge.
- After registering successfully, you can move freely throughout the halls.
- If you wish to leave the exhibition grounds, please use the official exits from the halls.
Is there an event platform?
Yes, we use the event platform "converve". We recommend registering two weeks before the HTGF Family Day. This will give you enough time to customize your agenda and schedule 1:1 meetings.

Where can I get tickets?
HTGF Family Day tickets can be purchased here.
What ticket categories are available?
- Investors Ticket (VC, Business Angels, Family Offices, Private Equity)
- Industry Ticket (CVC, managers and employees of established companies in the industry and mid-tier sectors (no start-ups))
- Ecosystem Ticket (Academia, NGOs, accelerators, incubators and similar networks)
What services are provided with my ticket purchase?
- Admission to the event on both days.
- Access to all stages and workshops.
- Access to the event platform for networking and pre-booking of 1:1 meetings with other participants.
- Full-day catering (food + beverages).
Does my ticket include public transportation?
No, the admission ticket does not include a ticket for public transportation.
Which payment methods do you offer?
The following payment methods are accepted:
Maestro, VISA, SEPA, PayPal or by invoice.
Are there any discounts available?
Early Bird tickets are now available! Get 20% off until 31 January 2026 with the code EARLYBIRD.
How do I enter my access or promotional code?
- Go to the registration form.
- In the upper left corner, you will find the "Access Code" button. In the upper right corner, you will find the "Promotional Code" button.
- Enter the provided code after clicking on the respective button.
- Then, you can select your ticket and complete your booking.
Are tickets for the HTGF Family Day transferable?
You may transfer your ticket up to one month before the event. To do so, please send an email letting us know who you would like to transfer your ticket to.
Do you offer free entry for those accompanying a disabled person?
Yes, we do. Please contact events@htgf.de for more information.
What are the cancellation regulations?
Visitors can cancel their registration up to four weeks before the event date. The shutdown occurs at the time of access to the organizer. The entrance fee will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs less than four weeks before the event, a refund is not possible.
