Tuesday, 20 May 2025:

Full-Day Family Day + 20 years birthday party (9 a.m. - 2 a.m.)

Our program starts at 9 a.m. with high-level discussions and presentations on venture capital, start-ups, innovation and Germany as a business location. Look forward to exciting pitches and, of course, intensive networking during this day. 

The grand finale will be a big birthday party in the evening to celebrate our 20th anniversary and two decades of success. 

The event and program will be in English as we expect to attract international participants. However, most of the participants and staff will be able to speak German. 

Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed in the venue. However, required service dogs are allowed. 

Yes, this event is disability friendly. 

We offer barrier-free access to all rooms, including toilets. 

Headphones with volume control to follow the programme.

We encourage all attendees to consider greener ways to travel to HTGF Family Day by public transport such as train, bus, bicycle or walking routes. There is a metro station nearby the STATION: “Gleisdreieck”  

There is also a parking lot (ampido Parkplatz) within walking distance, which can be used for a fee. Please note that there are limited spaces.

No, a ticket for public transportation is not included in the admission ticket.

It is possible to transfer your ticket up to one month before the event. To do so, please tell us the person to whom you want to transfer your ticket by sending an email.

A cancellation of the registration by the visitor is possible up to four weeks before the event date. Shutdown is on the time of access to the organizer. The entrance fee will be refunded in case of a timely cancellation, minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the entrance fee. In case of late cancellation (less than four weeks before the event), a refund of the entrance fee is not possible.
