Elisabeth L'Orange

Elisabeth L’Orange is a Partner for AI & Data at Deloitte and the host of the tech podcast Tech & Tales. She serves on the Otto Group’s Board of Partners and is conducting research and pursuing a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence. Previously, in 2020, Elisabeth L’Orange founded the Hamburg-based AI startup Oxolo, a pioneer in AI video production with 600,000 users and €13 million in funding. Before founding the company, Elisabeth worked as a VC and CFO and was recognized by Manager Magazin in 2026, 2025, and 2024 as one of the leading women in the field of AI in Germany. OMR named her one of the 50 leading minds in the digital industry. Elisabeth received the FAZ Innovation Award, was named a “Future Maker” by Business Insider, received the KPMG Venture Award, and was included in the W&V 100.
