Ersin Üstün

Ersin Üstün is Managing Director of the BRYCK Startup Alliance, where he builds high-performing, economically sustainable innovation ecosystems that generate and scale successful research-based startups. Prior to this, he spent over 12 years at EY leading technology-driven transformation programs for global industrial and technology companies. Since 2019, he has been actively shaping the German startup ecosystem, mentoring and supporting Deep-Tech founders.
