Alexandra Renner is Startup Lead at the BMW Startup Garage, the global matchmaker between cutting-edge start-up solutions and the innovation needs of BMW Business Units.

During her studies, Alexandra experienced first-hand the challenges of co-founding a tech start-up. At the BMW Group she developed a profound understanding of automotive industrialisation.

Her main focus is to scale up start-up innovations within BMW after the pilot phase and to establish long-term relationships with the portfolio start-ups of the BMW Startup Garage.

BMW's Venture Client unit becomes an early adopter client of a start-up, even if its product, service or technology is still on a prototype stage.
