Eva Mettenmeier

Eva Mettenmeier is the Managing Director of Maschinenraum GmbH. This transformation ecosystem brings together German family businesses, strengthening them through the sharing of experiences, knowledge, skills, and resources.

Eva is responsible for networking and exchange within the Maschinenraum network. Growing up in a family business in Paderborn, she has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurial families. She also served for several years as Sales Director and Advisory Board Member in her own family business.

At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Eva advised companies in the energy and mechanical engineering sectors on strategic issues. As the Head of the Startup Accelerator at the Founders Foundation in Bielefeld, she supported numerous B2B startups in their early stages. Her coaching training is used specifically to support the development of people and organizations.
