Oliver Hagedorn
Born in Zurich in 1966, he has been interested in economics and capital investment since his youth. He founded his first company at the age of 15 and has been an entrepreneur ever since. He has founded several companies, including Brückenköpfe, a leading think tank and action factory in the healthcare market.
In 1999, he founded the asset management company avesco. Hagedorn committed himself to sustainable finance at an early stage. In 2011, he initiated the transformation of the company into a specialised asset manager for sustainability and impact.
This was followed in 2025 by the founding of actwyser GmbH, which supports companies in using sustainability as a strategic value driver by analysing business models, identifying ESG potential and facilitating access to sustainable financing.
The critical thinker is a sought-after expert in the field of sustainable finance. As a senator in the Senate of Economy Europe, he is committed to greater sustainability in the economy across all sectors.
